Bus stop

What if we could freely move through the city?

Cars are not only major sources of pollutants, but they also eat up urban space and are responsible for countless avoidable deaths and illnesses. However, in many places, there have been extreme cuts to public transportation and there are few alternatives to cars. For those who cannot afford one, the result is detours, stress, and isolation.

Therefore, we need another type of mobility that is both socially and ecologically sustainable. Local and regional public transportation must be greatly expanded. While free public transportation is the ultimate goal, an affordable ticket would be a good first step. We must also make it possible for everyone to bicycle and walk comfortably and safely.
